We are currently seeking an organized, energetic, and people focused Recruiting Assistant to help us attract and hire amazing soccer coaches that fit into our mission.

What you will do
- Manage job boards across multiple hiring platforms
- Schedule, execute and coordinate candidate interviews
- Exemplify Core Values
- Find and hire Core Value fits
- Support and collaborate with each department to understand the hiring needs of the organization
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, and on-boarding of all team members
- Seek out and execute recruiting events
- Assist in compliance of State and Federal requirements for the organization for employees
- Create an exceptional candidate experience from first day of contact to onboarding
- Assist with exit interviews and employee feedback
- Keep confidentiality
Qualifications
Required
Required
- Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses
- Minimum of a 1 year commitment to the position
- Must pass background check
Preferred
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience
- Knowledge of child care state requirements
- Recruited talent on campuses
