As a trusted partner to our executives, you won’t just be managing calendars and emails—you’ll be at the center of the action, ensuring seamless operations, optimizing workflows, and anticipating the needs of executive leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Be an executive’s right hand: Provide high-level executive support, handling complex and confidential projects with discretion and efficiency.
- Own the schedule: Manage a dynamic calendar, prioritize meetings, and ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maximize impact: Establish priorities, optimize time management, and enable the executives to focus on high-value initiatives.
- Problem-solve on the fly: Navigate an ever-changing environment with agility, identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Enhance communication: Act as a liaison between executives and key business partners, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment across teams.
- Take initiative: Jump into special projects, tackle challenges head-on, and proactively seek ways to improve operations.
What You Bring
- Experience & Expertise: 2 years in executive support roles (Executive Assistant, Corporate Administrator, or similar).
- Education: High School Minimum degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint & Word) and a strong ability to navigate digital tools.
- Proactive Mindset: You anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and always stay one step ahead.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You excel at managing multiple priorities with precision and adaptability.
- Self-Sufficient and Team-Oriented: You demonstrate the ability to independently manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines while also effectively collaborating with colleagues across various departments to support team goals and executive needs.
- Collaborative & Professional: You interact with executives, clients, and stakeholders with poise, diplomacy, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Hands-On Mentality: You’re willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to support the team’s success.
