Overview
A Roving Guard Team Leader directs and supervises a team of guards performing internal roving patrols. He/she is directly responsible to the Operations Center Chief at the designated installation and acts as guard team leader.

Responsibilities
- The Roving Guard Team Leader is required to pass an annual Physical Ability Test per AR 190-56.
- The Roving Guard Team Leader ensures that all assigned personnel, are properly trained, equipped, briefed, and mentally and physically prepared to perform PSD/ESD.
- The Roving Guard Team Leader shall ensure that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all post and general orders.
- The Roving Guard Team Leader ensures that all assigned personnel, are properly trained, equipped, briefed, and mentally and physically prepared to conduct roving patrols.
- The Roving Guard Team Leader demonstrate a fluency in English equivalency of a level 2 based on the Interagency Language Roundtable.
- U.S. Citizen - must have and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
- Must possess a Military background with honorable discharge, have reached the grade of E-6 (NATO Code OR-6) or equivalent leadership experience in private security or civilian police and successfully served in a supervisory role for at least one year, verified by military transcripts and evaluations
- Prior experience a team leader in armed forces, police, or private security company in a contingency area a plus
