Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, helping others, and making a workplace run smoothly. As our Office Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and helping the team stay focused and productive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep the office running efficiently by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Greet visitors and create a welcoming, professional environment
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Maintain organized files, records, and office supplies
  • Assist team members with reports, documents, and basic data entry
  • Support internal projects and help coordinate team activities when needed
