Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to ensure cleanliness and availability for food preparation and service
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain hygiene standards in all aspects of food service
- Support meal preparation by organizing ingredients, setting up workstations, and assisting with basic cooking tasks under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately
- Help with catering setups or special event preparations as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued
