KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE HVAC PROJECT AND SERVICE SALES POSITION
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and present tailored life safety inspection solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the safety or inspection industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
