Soave Hospitality Group is seeking a full-time SWFL Regional Human Resources Manager in Naples, FL. This experienced, proactive HR leader will provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support across four Florida hospitality clubs, overseeing full‑cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding. The role ensures payroll compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, manages risk‑management and safety initiatives, and administers employee benefits, including health and retirement plans. Additional responsibilities include conducting labor analyses, workforce planning, and organizational studies to support strategic decision‑making.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and mentor a team of two HR support professionals responsible for daily staff support.
- Manage the full H-2B and seasonal employee lifecycle, including government filings, job postings, recruitment, onboarding, travel coordination, and reimbursement processes.
- Manage HR functions for our development and HVAC companies in Florida.
- Ensure all activities comply with federal requirements and program timelines.
- Oversee HR workflows, staffing reports, and HR-related software systems.
- Oversee all recruiting processes and guide the recruiter on job ads, sourcing strategies, applicant screening, reference checks, and hiring recommendations.
- Benchmark recruitment practices against industry standards and introduce new strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee new employee orientations and support the development of training programs.
- Utilize the Paycor LMS to assign, track, and develop training modules, including supervisor training and site-specific content.
- Partner with leadership to plan professional development initiatives.
- Manage the employee performance appraisal program.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook, work rules, and policy manuals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws; advise managers on HR- related matters.
- Manage employee relations investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with corporate HR and legal counsel on sensitive personnel issues.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment, communication, and monthly billing.
- Conduct wage and benefit surveys and recommend enhancements.
- Partner with corporate payroll to ensure accurate and complete records.
- Oversee work-related injury claims, ensuring proper case management and reporting.
- Maintain OSHA logs and attend safety meetings.
- Develop employee engagement and retention programs.
- Organize employee events, recognition programs, and the local HR newsletter.
- Promote and educate employees on the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Forecast short and long term staffing needs.
- Manage and recommend transfers and promotions as labor needs arise.
- Support special projects, job description updates, and metric reporting for leadership.
- Attend management and staff meetings as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Psychology, Education, Public Administration or Organizational Development.
- Five to eight years of diversified experience in Human Resources positions, some in the hospitality industry would be preferred.
- Experience with H-2B management and recruitment.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; approachable, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent.
- Proficient in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe (for creating forms and materials), DocuSign, and HRIS systems (Paycor preferred).
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel and work extra hours or weekends when needed.
