Are you passionate about quality, process improvement, and creating exceptional service experiences? We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure the highest standards of janitorial and custodial services are consistently delivered across our contract operations.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Project Manager to oversee quality assurance activities, conduct inspections, analyze service performance, and support employee training and development. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, safety, and contract compliance. Typical schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Requires flexibility as needed.
