What You'll Do
As a Janitorial Team Member, you'll help maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities by:
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairways, offices, and common areas.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
- Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Communicating supply, equipment, maintenance, or safety needs to the Lead Janitor.
- Supporting team operations and assisting coworkers when needed to ensure quality service.

In this role, you'll work closely with your Crew Leader and teammates to deliver high-quality janitorial services while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service. You'll follow established procedures, report concerns promptly, participate in required trainings, and help create a positive and productive work environment.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:

- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Takes pride in producing quality work and maintaining a safe workplace.
- Can routinely lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending, kneeling, and other physical tasks associated with janitorial work.
- Is dependable, motivated, and committed to meeting expectations.
Qualifications
- This position requires a REAL ID.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Experience maintaining facilities in a clean, safe, and professional manner is a plus.
