A Day in the Life of:
As a member of our team, you will provide direct therapy services, support, and education to children and families enrolled in Pediatric Therapy, a program of SOAR365. Your people skills will come in handy and will help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Meets Pediatric Therapy standards for units of appropriate evaluation, consultation, direct services and case management services per month.
- Completes all job tasks in a timely and accurate manner, using defined format and process, including direct service, formal reporting and daily notes, billing, and other tasks as assigned.
- Attends all training sessions and staff meetings as may be required.
- Provides knowledge and application of knowledge for specific position and for child development services in general.
- Maintains current certification as required.
- Provides direct training, supervision, and support to clinical staff as assigned.
- Audits clinical documentation for clinical and billing accuracy, and timely completion.
- Assists in training clinical staff in the use of electronic health records.
- Assists Director in onboarding and offboarding clinical staff.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Doctorate degree in the area of therapy assigned.
- State Licensure in area of therapy assigned.
- Experience supervising or leading teams in volunteer or paid capacity preferred.
- Combination of education and experience as may be applicable to the assignment.
- Must be proficient in training, leading, and supervising clinical staff.
- Willingness and ability to develop clinical staff teams by encouraging full input and creativity.
