About The Role
Soar Therapy and Integrated Wellness is hiring a Resident in Counseling to join our growing outpatient clinic in Northern Virginia.
We are a trauma-informed, somatic-oriented practice serving adolescents (13 ) and adults who are ready to engage in meaningful therapeutic work. Our clinical culture centers on emotional regulation, depth therapy, and long-term change.
We are intentional about both the clients we serve and the clinicians we bring into our team.
This is a full-time W2 position averaging 26 completed sessions per week, with clinicians working three in-office days to support both clinic needs and personal structure.
Clinical Support & Development
This role includes a strong level of clinical and professional support:
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000

- Twice-monthly growth and development trainings
