Experienced Window Cleaning Technician – Oklahoma City
SOAR Home Services is looking for an experienced window cleaning technician to join our growing team in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma area.
We are looking for someone who already has professional window cleaning experience and can confidently handle residential jobs with minimal supervision.
Pay: $23–$30 per hour based on experience and skill level, with performance incentives allowing top technicians to earn up to $35 per hour
Hours: Approximately 35–45 hours per week
Schedule: Consistent daytime work
Location: Oklahoma City, OK and surrounding areas
Higher starting pay is available for technicians with strong professional experience who can independently handle residential jobs, use both traditional and water-fed pole methods, work efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Exterior and interior residential window cleaning
- Traditional squeegee window cleaning
- Water-fed pole window cleaning
- Removing, cleaning, and reinstalling screens
- Cleaning frames, tracks, and sills
- Safely using ladders on one- and two-story homes
- Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous professional window cleaning experience strongly preferred
- Experience with water-fed poles and traditional window cleaning methods
- Comfortable working on ladders and two-story homes
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and able to show up consistently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently once trained on our process

We are especially interested in applicants who have previously worked for a professional window cleaning company or have significant residential window cleaning experience.
