This position is part-time. You must be available in the evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed and routine cleaning tasks in residential homes as well as commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing of surfaces.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must have reliable transportation that is insured.
