Job Description:
Soapy Tails is looking for a reliable and experienced dog groomer to handle full grooms on Fridays in a fully equipped mobile grooming van. You will be working independently and servicing pre booked clients throughout the day.
This is a great opportunity for a groomer who wants extra income without committing to a full schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full grooms including haircut, bath, blow dry, nail trim, and ear cleaning
- Provide safe and gentle handling of dogs of all sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming van
- Communicate professionally with clients
Requirements:
- Prior dog grooming experience required
- Must be comfortable grooming a variety of breeds and coat types
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license (for driving the grooming van)
- Ability to work independently
- Have their own grooming supplies (bathing essentials)
Compensation:
- 50 percent commission per groom
- Tips go directly to you
- All equipment, supplies, and clients provided (minus grooming supplies)
Schedule:
- Fridays only
- Flexible hours based on bookings
Pay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hour
