What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Receptionist/ Spa Attendant position at Soak Spa & Foot Sanctuary?
Local Spa seeking a positive, friendly, professional to join our team.
The position is part-time, 20 - 30 hours a week. Weekends, Morning, Evening schedule and Holidays are mandatory for this position. This job is fun, never boring and there are always projects to be done!
The ideal candidate:
Must have Receptionist or spa experience
High energy, friendly and outgoing, learns quickly, professional and polished with
Front Desk Reception experience.
MUST be able to work in a fast paced environment
Reliable and dependable
Positive Attitude with great Multitasking Skills Communication & Customer Service Skills and Self-motivated.
Must be highly proficient in online scheduling software, microsoft office and excel.
Daily Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking guests in and out
- Answering phones, booking appointments, checking out clients, counting and balancing cash drawer
- Ensuring guests are satisfied with their all around spa experience
- Retail and stock products as needed
Other Duties:
Spa Attendant Duties
-Assisting with set up and clean up for spa services
-Washing and folding laundry
-Perform other related duties assigned by Management
Schedule Needed:
Wednesdays - 3-6:30 (flexible)
Thursdays - 2 - 8:30 (flexible) later or earlier start
Saturdays - 12 -8:30
Sundays - 10 -5:30
Having a clear understanding and the ability to work in the following digital platforms is a plus:
- Social Media - Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
- Website Updates - Wordpress
- Design- Canva and Weekly Newsletter
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.25 - $15.06 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
