Local Spa seeking a positive, friendly, professional to join our team.
The position is part-time -Tuesday possibly, Thursday, Friday & Saturday close shift till 8pm). Holidays are mandatory for this position. This job is fun, never boring and there are always projects to be done!
The ideal candidate:
Must have Receptionist, Marketing or spa experience
- High energy, friendly and outgoing, learns quickly, professional and polished with
- Front Desk Reception experience.
- MUST be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Reliable and dependable
- Positive Attitude with great Multitasking Skills
- Communication & Customer Service Skills and Self-motivated.
- Must be proficient in online scheduling software, google suite, microsoft office and excel.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking guests in and out
- Answering phones, booking appointments, checking out clients, counting and balancing cash drawer
- Ensuring guests are satisfied with their all around spa experience
- Retail and stock products as needed
- Assisting with set up and clean up for spa services
- Washing and folding laundry, cleaning and restocking tasks
- Be proficient in Social Media Posts and Reels for business
- Perform other related duties assigned by management

As a Spa Receptionist and Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
