Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the medical spa to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of receptionists, estheticians, and providers to maintain a positive, high-performing culture.
• Drive sales performance and revenue growth by mentoring the team on consultations, client education, and treatment plan conversions.
• Implement fun and effective team-building strategies that keep staff engaged, motivated, and aligned with company goals.
• Ensure every client receives a results-driven experience through proper consultation, education, and follow-up.
• Support and guide staff in confidently discussing treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products.
• Manage scheduling, productivity, and staffing to maximize both team efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and product management for skincare and medical supplies.
• Maintain compliance with health regulations, medical spa protocols, and confidentiality standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and community outreach to attract new clients and increase brand awareness.
• Track performance metrics including sales, retail, and client retention to support ongoing business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership or management experience in a medical spa, aesthetics practice, wellness clinic, or high-end retail environment.
• Strong sales leadership skills with the ability to train teams on consultations, client education, and closing treatment plans.
• A passion for client results and helping people achieve their aesthetic goals.
• An understanding of medical spa treatments and skincare services, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience building team culture through motivation, accountability, and creative team-building strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling, inventory management, and daily operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership presence.
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing team members is highly valued.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

This position offers a competitive salary structure that includes commissions tied to spa performance and sales growth, rewarding leaders who know how to build strong teams, grow revenue, and deliver exceptional client results.
