So Shine Bright Cleaning is a family-owned cleaning company looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference for our clients — in their homes and businesses. No experience required — we provide paid training. This job is a great fit for parents and caregivers who need a schedule built around school hours— you tell us your availability, and we'll work with it.
Pay & Schedule
- $17/hour, paid weekly
- Possibility to earn tips
- Travel pay included (60-mile radius one way)
- Flexible part-time hours, Monday–Saturday, 7am–10pm **Please note- that you do not need to be available all days or hours listed.
- Paid time off after one year of service
- Paid on-the-job training
What You'll Do
- Clean residential and commercial spaces solo, following our detailed checklist (kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and other job-site duties as assigned)
- Use our provided cleaning products and tools to maintain high standards
- Do a final walk-through before leaving each site
- Greet clients warmly and communicate arrival/departure
- Keep your cleaning caddy stocked and ready to go for the next day
- Show up on time, every time
What We're Looking For
- Valid MO driver's license, reliable car, and insurance
- Working cell phone with an active data plan
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and move at a steady pace for a full shift
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
