Part-time House Cleaner

We are seeking team players, detailed-obsessed residential house cleaners, who don’t like drama, enjoy working for a positive outcome, who like to make a difference in other people lives, is self-motivated and can work solo or with others. You will be responsible for following a detailed checklist at each home. Has a car and valid MO drivers license.

As a house cleaner, you’ll work solo , following our proven So Shine Bright Cleaning checklist to deliver a spotless, welcoming environment in clients’ homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Performing thorough cleaning of homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping

● Using our provided cleaning products and tools to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

● Following our So Shine Bright training program and cleaning system with consistency and excellence.

● Checking and double-checking work before leaving the site.

● Providing exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, introducing yourself, and letting them know when you arrive and depart.

● Practicing proactive, professional communication with clients and the office

● Maintaining proper uniform and presentation while on the job.

● Adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols, including rules about pets, phone use, and other company policies.

● Keeping track of cleaning supplies and reporting shortages.

Pay: $16 an hour

Valid Drivers License and Car required

Travel is a must-within a 60 mile radius

What a typical day looks like at So Shine Bright Cleaning:

You will be driving to multiple homes per day performing basic cleaning duties such as bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping. This is a very physical demanding job. You will need to be able to stand, bend, move your arms at a steady pace for the course of your shift.

You will be following a check list as you clean and doing an exit walk through before you leave.

You will be responsible for making sure you have your caddy supplied for the days jobs and restocking it for the next days jobs.

This job is a perfect fit for someone who loves detailed cleaning and thrive in a job well done.

You have to have a reliable car and insurance and a cell phone with an active data plan You will need to have great customer skills.
