We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst II to play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, supporting technology initiatives, and delivering effective system solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, contribute to quality assurance activities, and provide technical support that drives successful technology adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to evaluate, plan, and support technology-driven initiatives and projects.
• Analyze emerging technologies and business needs, recommending solutions and assisting with implementation and migration strategies.
• Translate business challenges into functional and technical solution requirements.
• Investigate and document system issues, reproduce defects, gather relevant data, and support resolution efforts.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, execute testing activities, and validate solutions against business and technical requirements.
• Perform data analysis and research to support operational planning and informed decision-making.
• Create detailed business, functional, and technical specifications for complex projects.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, providing feedback throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify opportunities for automation and support integration with existing business and technical processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and service requests using established procedures and best practices.
• Provide end-user support, training, and guidance to improve system adoption and user experience.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience gathering requirements, creating specifications, and supporting technology projects.
• Background working with business stakeholders, end-user support, and complex business systems.
• Experience performing software testing, quality assurance activities, and validating system functionality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related discipline.
• Business Analysis certification such as PMI-PBA or equivalent.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, API testing tools, scripting, and database management tools.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar application lifecycle management platforms.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or comparable frameworks.
