Snyder’s Property Maintenance LLC is seeking reliable individuals to join our seasonal Snow Removal & Sidewalk Clearing Crew for the upcoming winter season.
Position Responsibilities
- Clear snow from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, steps, and other designated areas
- Operate snow blowers and other snow removal equipment as assigned
- Apply salt and ice-melting materials to designated areas
- Assist with maintaining safe and accessible walking areas during winter weather
- Follow job-site procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate with crew leaders regarding assignments and property needs
- Work collaboratively with other crew members
Position Requirements
- Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodations where applicable
- Ability to work outdoors during winter weather conditions
- Dependable attendance during scheduled snow and ice events
- Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures
- Availability may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on weather conditions
- Previous snow removal or property maintenance experience is helpful but not required
Schedule
This is a seasonal, weather-dependent position. Work schedules and hours will vary based on snowfall, ice conditions, and customer needs. Team members will be contacted when snow removal services are required.
