Key Responsibilities
- Draft wills, trusts, estate plans, and related documents
- Advise clients on tax‑efficient wealth transfer strategies
- Support trust administration, probate, and estate settlement matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare tax analyses
- Collaborate with partners on complex private client matters
- Communicate directly with high‑net‑worth clients and their advisors
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in tax, trusts & estates a must
- LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning (strongly preferred)
- Active Bar admission in Fl
- Strong drafting, analytical, and client‑service skills
- Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals is a plus
