Administrative/Legal Assistant
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in written communication, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional services setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proofread, edit, and format due diligence reports to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Coordinate the distribution of reports to clients
• Assist with client and program engagement initiatives
• Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and planning meetings
While we operate under a remote-work model,
candidates residing in Maryland, D.C., or Northern Virginia are preferred
to facilitate occasional in-person meetings.
Background & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree required (English or related major preferred)
• Exceptional proofreading, grammar, and editing abilities
