What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner to the CEO position at SNT Biotech?
Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner to the CEO
A women-owned healthcare company is expanding at-home cervical cancer screening nationally. The founder is hiring her right hand.
We are at the moment we have been building toward.
The FDA recently cleared at-home HPV self-collection in the United States, opening cervical cancer screening to millions of women who have never been able to access it. SNT Biotech is one of the few companies positioned to deploy this nationally, and we are moving quickly.
The founder and CEO is hiring an Executive Business Partner who will help her run, scale, and personally show up to every important moment in this next chapter.
This is not a calendar role. This is a role for someone who wants to sit in the engine room of a healthcare company at a real inflection point.
What you would own:
✦ Drafting and sending executive emails from the CEO's account in her voice, including post-conference follow-ups to payor and healthcare leaders across the country
✦ Joining strategic Teams calls with health plans, payors, and partners to take notes and own the follow-through
✦ Owning the contact, lead, and follow-up database that powers the company's growth
✦ Drafting executive-level PowerPoint presentations, customer proposals, and quotations
✦ Supporting LinkedIn posts and Constant Contact campaigns
✦ Managing calendar, travel, and life logistics so the CEO can be present where it matters
Who you are:
✦ Bachelor's degree, 7 years supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive
✦ Outstanding writer. Your draft of an executive email goes out without major edits
✦ Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations
✦ Discreet, organized, and trustworthy with sensitive business and personal information
✦ A go-getter who brings creative, innovative thinking to the work
✦ Excited about cervical cancer screening, women's health, and saving lives at scale
