Executive Assistant & B2B Healthcare Pipeline Management (In-Person, Naperville, IL)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM | On-Site Only
Salary
$80,000 to $95,000 per year based on experience, plus performance bonus
SNT Biotech is a fast-growing healthcare technology and diagnostics company advancing preventive screening nationwide. We work with health plans across the country, and our pipeline is growing quickly. We are looking for a highly polished, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO and keep our B2B healthcare pipeline moving.
This is an in-person role, candidates must reliably commute to Naperville, IL.
What You’ll Do
Executive & Email Management
• Manage high-volume inboxes and calendars for CEO & COO
• Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics
• Prepare daily/weekly priority summaries
Pipeline Management - Sales & Marketing Support
• Organize conference leads, send follow-ups, and secure appointments
• Assist with Salesforce updates
• Draft email newsletter, campaigns and social media posts
• Join demos and support follow-up tasks
• Assist in drafting pricing proposals and documents
Project Management
• Attend meetings and take clear, structured minutes
• Create follow-up plans for internal and external stakeholders
• Track action items and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Maintain project trackers and customer onboarding steps
Communication & Administration
• Draft professional emails, summaries, and client communications
• Assist with travel arrangements
• Support presentations and internal organization
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5 years supporting C-suite executives
• Very polished, professional, and articulate
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Excellent project-management and follow-up ability
• Comfort with Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Constant Contact, LinkedIn
• Strong presence and energy; confident with clients
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Must work on-site in Naperville Monday–Friday
