- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issue
- Complete resident work orders efficiently and correctly
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
- Identify and address issues before they become larger problems
- Communicate professionally with residents about service requests
- Accurately document completed work in AppFolio
- 2 year of maintenance, apartment maintenance, or skilled trade experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- HVAC repair knowledge is a must
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to quality with minimal repair callbacks
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Location & Schedule
Primary Communities: Augusta Square Apartments
- Full-time, onsite position
- 8-hour shift (8am-4pm or 8:30am-4:30pm)
- Local travel between properties as needed
- On-call one week per month
- Must be able to walk properties, climb stairs, work indoors/outdoors, and lift up to 50 pounds
