Team Member - Service/Cashier

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt service
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions efficiently
• Manage cash register operations, including processing cash, credit/debit card payments, and giving accurate change
• Upsell menu items or retail products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Prepare food items according to safety standards, including basic food preparation and handling
• Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing surfaces, organizing supplies, and adhering to sanitation protocols
• Support food safety management practices by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations
