Dog Bather
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and compassionate Dog Bather to join our team. The ideal candidate loves animals, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable handling dogs of all breeds and sizes.
Hours vary from 10-14 hours a week, you need to be available Tuesday, Wednesdays & Thursdays. Hours are random usually 9am/10am-1pm/3pm. We finish when the last dog is finished. please reach out with any questions ☺
Responsibilities
- Bathe, dry, and brush dogs according to grooming standard
- Safely handle and restrain pets during bathing and drying
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming areas, equipment, some laundry and light cleaning
- Assist groomers with pet preparation and handling
- Monitor pets for signs of stress or health concerns and report issues
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with animals preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and handle dogs of various sizes
- Strong attention to detail and patience with animals
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a wet and physically active environment
