What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager North Central USA position at SnowWolf?
Description
Key member of a high-performing team, managing & developing new business in the Central North US Territory, by driving sales to new customers and increasing sales to existing customers.
The Role
This is a field-based Regional Sales Manager role. We expect it to be followed with discipline. You will be coached against it. Your pipeline will be reviewed against it. Your results will be measured against it.
We are looking for someone who sees process as a competitive advantage — not as a constraint.

Your career history indicates your hunger to achieve and contribute as an individual and together with others in the team. While able to demonstrate an excellent track record of sales achievement, you humbly acknowledge your opportunities to continue to learn and improve, and you can demonstrate your learning and development action.
