Job Description

Role: o9 Demand Planning/Supply Chain Planning Solution Architect Location: USA (Remote/Hybrid) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced o9 Solutions Architect to lead the full project lifecycle, from initial design to final deployment. This is a client-facing role that requires a deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts and the ability to translate complex business requirements into a comprehensive and scalable solution on the o9 platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the transformation journey to achieve their strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead blueprinting and design sessions to effectively map business requirements to the o9 platform. Develop clear and achievable blueprints, and oversee the configuration and implementation of the solution. Act as a subject matter expert on o9 capabilities and best practices, providing expert guidance to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients' IT teams and o9's development teams, to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Qualifications: 10-12 years of experience in supply chain planning and implementing supply chain planning applications. Extensive knowledge of supply chain concepts, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Proven experience in a Solution Architect or similar leadership role on at least one large-scale o9 implementation. Strong understanding of o9's Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) and data model. Proficiency in databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and query languages (SQL, MDX, T-SQL) is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
