Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Project Manager to support the successful delivery of the ServiceNow Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) implementation. This role will oversee business-side activities, drive stakeholder engagement, and coordinate with the implementation partner and Guardian teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Coordination
- Collaborate with the implementation partner’s project manager and IT PM to manage the integrated project plan.
- Manage project risk and issue tracking with internal and external teams in partnership with Implementation partner and Guardian IT PM.
- Facilitate review and signoff of business deliverables.
- Manage the calendar of business activities and deliverables.
- Manage communications, including scheduling and preparing content for Steering Committee, Leader’s Council, and Working Group meetings.
- Manage review efforts for business deliverables, including facilitating QA/UAT sign-off from Guardian stakeholders.
- Manage the UAT exercise with business stakeholders and implementation partner.
- Coordinate meeting cadences across business workstreams.
- Support implementation partner requests for information and documentation.
- 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in enterprise software or risk management implementations.
- Strong grasp of business processes, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
- Demonstrated experience and success in coordinating projects
- Demonstrated experience and success in developing executive level communications
- Action-oriented, meticulous, and quality-focused
- Ability to juggle multiple workstream and activities at the same time
- Proactive, self-motivated person, able to work independently
- Good verbal and written communicator and “Can Do” attitude
- Ability to communicate the business and technology owners
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience working with global consulting partners on enterprise projects.
- Experience managing implementations of ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, BCM, TPRM).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC a plus
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
