β¨ What Youβll Do
π§Ό Cleaning & Sanitation Excellence
β’ Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dish machines or by hand
β’ Ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with food safety standards
β’ Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen floors, and surrounding workspaces
β’ Clean and maintain dish machines according to established schedules
β’ Store all wares in proper, organized locations
π§Ή Kitchen & Facility Support
β’ Remove trash, clean garbage bins, and replace liners
β’ Break down boxes and dispose of debris properly
β’ Clean receiving areas, trash areas, coolers, freezers, and storage spaces
β’ Monitor and restock cleaning supplies such as soap, chemicals, and paper goods
β’ Assist with general kitchen cleaning and weekly maintenance tasks
β‘ Team Support
β’ Prioritize dishwashing needs during service to support front- and back-of-house teams
β’ Assist with basic food prep and storage when needed
β’ Attend team meetings, trainings, and pre-shift line-ups
β’ Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture
π Safety & Awareness
β’ Keep floors clean, dry, and free of hazards at all times
β’ Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
β’ Recognize and respond to potential hazards quickly
β’ Support emergency procedures when required

Qualifications:πΌ What You Bring
β’ 1 year of related experience preferred
β’ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
β’ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
β’ Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
β’ Food safety certification preferred
πͺ Physical Requirements & Work Environment
β’ Standing and moving for extended periods
β’ Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
β’ Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
β’ Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
β’ Comfortable working in hot, humid, and high-noise environments
