π₯ Leadership & Team Development
β’ Supervise, train, and develop front-of-house staff across all outlets and events
β’ Lead by example to promote a positive, high-performing team culture
β’ Schedule, evaluate, and support team members to ensure productivity and service excellence
π· Service & Guest Experience
β’ Deliver food and beverage service aligned with club standards
β’ Handle member and guest concerns with professionalism and care
β’ Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready
π Operations & Administration
β’ Manage payroll, scheduling, and service charge distribution
β’ Monitor revenue, labor, and cost controls to meet budget goals
β’ Generate POS reports, complete daily closeouts, and oversee member billing
β’ Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and products across all outlets
β’ Requisition and manage supply flow from kitchens and storerooms
π Events & Outlet Oversight
β’ Oversee food & beverage service for events and daily operations
β’ Assist with execution of club events, banquets, and special functions
β’ Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams to enhance offerings and service
π§Ό Safety & Compliance
β’ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
β’ Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
β’ Identify hazards and enforce safety protocols across all areas

πͺ Physical Requirements
β’ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
β’ Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching (up to 50 lbs)
β’ Work in indoor/outdoor, hot, humid, and high-noise environments
β’ Perform repetitive motions throughout shifts
