β¨ What Youβll Do
π₯ Line Execution & Culinary Skill
β’ Work any station on the line with confidence and efficiency
β’ Prepare and execute menu items according to standardized recipes
β’ Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and timing
β’ Adjust and correct recipes as needed to meet standards
β’ Demonstrate proper heating, cooling, labeling, and FIFO practices
β‘ Kitchen Performance
β’ Work quickly and effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
β’ Multitask across stations while maintaining attention to detail
β’ Complete prep and service tasks with minimal supervision
β’ Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute each shift
π¦ Prep & Inventory
β’ Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
β’ Take inventory and requisition items needed for service
β’ Communicate shortages or needs to culinary leadership
β’ Maintain organization and cleanliness of all prep areas
π§Ό Safety & Sanitation
β’ Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation
β’ Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
β’ Properly operate and clean kitchen equipment
β’ Open and close stations according to established procedures
π Team Contribution
β’ Lead by example and promote a positive kitchen culture
β’ Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative environment
β’ Participate in team meetings and offer ideas for improvement
β’ Assist with additional tasks as directed by kitchen leadership
πΌ What You Bring
β’ High School diploma or GED preferred
β’ Minimum of 2 years of kitchen preparation and cooking experience
β’ Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
β’ Food safety certification preferred
πͺ Physical Requirements & Work Environment
β’ Standing for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen
β’ Frequent walking, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
β’ Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70 lbs
β’ Perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
β’ Comfortable working in hot, humid, and high-noise environments
