Core Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
- Greet customers and take orders (in-person, drive-thru, or mobile)
- Answer menu questions and make suggestions
- Handle payments (cash, card, digital)
- Resolve basic customer concerns politely
2. Food Preparation
- Prepare menu items according to company standards
- Assemble orders quickly and accurately

3. Order Fulfillment

- Deliver orders to customers or hand off for pickup
4. Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Keep dining, kitchen, and service areas clean
- Wipe tables, restock supplies, take out trash
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures
5. Teamwork
- Work closely with other crew members and shift leaders
- Communicate clearly during busy periods
- Support different stations as needed (register, grill, drive-thru, etc.)
