Restaurant Crew Member

Core Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

• Greet customers and take orders (in-person, drive-thru, or mobile)
• Answer menu questions and make suggestions
• Handle payments (cash, card, digital)
• Resolve basic customer concerns politely

2. Food Preparation

• Prepare menu items according to company standards
• Assemble orders quickly and accurately
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines

3. Order Fulfillment

• Package food and beverages
• Ensure orders are complete and correct
• Deliver orders to customers or hand off for pickup

4. Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Keep dining, kitchen, and service areas clean
• Wipe tables, restock supplies, take out trash
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures

5. Teamwork

• Work closely with other crew members and shift leaders
• Communicate clearly during busy periods
• Support different stations as needed (register, grill, drive-thru, etc.)

Typical Requirements

• No formal education required (high school diploma preferred)
• On-the-job training provided
• Food handler’s permit may be required (varies by location)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
