Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Restaurant Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, providing excellent service in a quick-service or fast-food environment. As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience through efficient service, food quality, and cleanliness. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including basic food preparation and handling.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and sales transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Manage cash handling accurately during transactions using POS systems.
• Assist with food delivery from kitchen to dining area while ensuring proper food presentation and safety.
• Support team members with duties such as stocking supplies, organizing the dining area, and supporting kitchen operations as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast-food restaurants, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafés is advantageous.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures is preferred.
• Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy are required.

Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
