Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Experience with hardscapes to include patios, pergolas, and retaining walls.
- Landscaping and bed maintenance including planting flowers, shrubs, mulch/rock applications, & pulling weeds.
- Trim bushes and clean up after pruning.
- Responsible for managing 3-5 person crew(s).
- Follow directions of Owners and Clients.
- Operate and use mobile software and company cell phone.
- Follow policies and procedures Daily.
- Provide superior customer service on the job and to our clients
Qualifications:
- MUST have a valid Drivers License and clean driving history, and have reliable transportation daily.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in landscaping, in Commercial environment or equivalent, with positive leadership experience.
- Must possess ability to use hand tools including shovel, walk, lift up to 70 lbs, operate equipment, and perform physical requirements of job in all weather types, especially the heat.
- Experience in operating Commercial grade equipment, not residential equipment. Skid Steer, dingo, excavator, trencher, stump grinder, etc.
- Able to work in a TEAM.
- PROVEN POSITIVE LEADERSHIP ABILITY and able to make decisions in the best interest of the company.
- Must be at least age 21 and able to pass background check.
Pay: Based on experience. Will only discuss pay in person during interview.
