Snowboard Instructor – Mountain Creek

Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: Ski and Snowboard Manager

About Mountain Creek:

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants and lodge.

How the Snowboard Instructor works with the Team:

Introduce snowboarding to adults and children who are eager to learn the enjoyment of snow sports. Instructors create a fun and safe learning environment ensuring the guest have a memorable experience.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Teach adults and children of varying abilities in group and private lessons.
Helping the guests through the sales and rental process by answering questions and assisting where needed.
Serves as an ambassador for the resort by being knowledgeable about the resort and products.

Team Member Qualifications:

Comfortable riding on intermediate trails
Must be able to work outdoors in winter conditions
Must have own equipment
Can work weekends and/or Holidays or midweek afternoons
Teaching or coaching experience preferred but not required
Good communication skills
Must be 16 years of age or older
