What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Removal Technician position at Snow Man?
As a Sidewalk Technician, you’ll play an essential role in our snow removal operations. Working under the direction of an area manager, you’ll help ensure sidewalks and walkways are cleared quickly and safely during winter weather events.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols
- Remove snow using shovels, snow blowers, and other tools
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete job assignments efficiently
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme winter conditions for extended periods
- Willingness to work long or irregular hours, including weekends
- Reliable phone contact for on-call scheduling
- Previous snow removal experience is helpful but not required
