Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tax Accountant located in Weatherford TX. The Senior Tax Accountant will manage tax compliance, preparation, and filing for a variety of clients. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing tax returns, conducting client interviews, tax planning and consulting for individuals, small businesses and other legal entities.
Qualifications
- 3 years of public accounting experience
- Proficiency in Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation
- In-depth knowledge of Tax regulations and policies
- Strong skills in Accounting principles and practices
- CPA certification or CPA eligibility is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and client-focused environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with accounting software and tools is a plus, QuickBooks and UltraTax preferred.
