What You’ll Do
- Assist customers at the counter with order entry and product selection
- Provide excellent customer service and identify upsell opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Pull and prepare customer orders accurately
- Support inventory management, stocking, and product organization
- Collaborate with Branch Manager and Outside Sales to grow business
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work with manufacturer reps to support product lines and customer needs
- Previous sales or customer service experience (plumbing/HVAC a plus)
- Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn industry products
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
