What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time while helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.
Daily Responsibilities
- Load and unload incoming deliveries, transfers, and customer shipments
- Accurately pull, pack, and prepare customer orders
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Assist with inventory control and stock organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or shipment issues
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to support daily warehouse operations
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to stay organized and work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution, or general labor experience
- Experience operating warehouse equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order fulfillment
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and moving materials
- Ability to work in a physically active environment throughout the day
