Position Overview
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our Norwell team. This role is essential to daily operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and a safe, organized warehouse.
What You’ll Do
- Load and unload trucks, transfers, and incoming shipments
- Pull, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery or transfer
- Use inventory systems and reports to maintain accuracy
- Assist with order verification and shipment checks
- Follow all safety procedures when handling materials
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to management
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience
- Experience with warehouse equipment
- Basic math/counting skills for inventory and order picking
- Standing, walking, and moving for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
