What You’ll Do
You'll be the friendly face and go-to expert for our walk-in customers, helping them find the right products and solutions while keeping everything running smoothly behind the counter. Your day-to-day will include:
- Assisting customers with orders, providing guidance, and upselling when appropriate
- Delivering outstanding service to build and maintain lasting business relationships
- Growing your knowledge of products through ongoing training and hands-on experience
- Collaborating with Branch Manager and Outside Sales to identify new business opportunities
- Pulling and verifying customer orders for accuracy and efficiency
- Helping keep inventory organized, stocked, and up to date
- Working closely with warehouse and branch staff to meet daily operational goals
- Partnering with Manufacturer Reps to ensure the best solutions for our customers
- Keeping the branch tidy, safe, and running at its best
- A people person with strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Sales-savvy with mechanical aptitude—experience in plumbing/HVAC a big plus!
- Eager to learn and grow within a supportive, knowledgeable team
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and working in a hands-on environment
- Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
