Licensure# MD or DO from an accredited institution# Board Certification in a surgical specialty# Active, unrestricted state medical license# Eligible for medical staff privileges# Experience# 5#7+ years of clinical surgical practice#required# Leadership experience in ambulatory surgery center or hospital setting preferred# Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and regulatory compliance# Knowledge #
