We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with AR/AP experience to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule, steady responsibilities, and the opportunity to contribute to the financial health of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoices and monitor collections
- Record vendor bills and manage outgoing payments
- Perform monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
- Support owner and/or accountant with ad-hoc financial tasks
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of experience in AR/AP and/or bookkeeping
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in retail bookkeeping is a plus
