What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Operator position at SNK Excavating?
SNK Excavating, Concrete & Asphalt is looking for a dependable Equipment Operator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently (skid steers, excavators, loaders, rollers, etc.)
- Perform excavation, grading, site prep, and material handling
- Assist with concrete and asphalt projects as needed
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work safely while following company policies
- Help with general labor when equipment operation is not required
Requirements:
- Experience operating heavy equipment preferred
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willing to learn
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
