- 10 years of progressive experience and success in OTR tire sales, business development, or related leadership roles.
- 5 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies in the OTR tire industry.
- Strong knowledge of OTR tire applications, markets, and customer segments, with an established industry network.
- Proven ability to identify market opportunities, and drive profitable business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute OTR growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams.
- Support sales forecasting, goal setting, and performance measurement.
- Partner with sales leadership to execute the OTR sales strategy.
- Lead, coach, and support the OTR sales team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key OTR customers.
- Deliver customer-focused solutions that drive long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on OTR products and applications.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Provide product and market guidance to the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and key business metrics.
- Drive initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Support budgeting, inventory planning, and cost management efforts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in new markets and segments.
- Drive growth within existing customer accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing to support business development initiatives.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide regular performance, forecasting, and market insight reports to leadership.
