We seek an enthusiastic individual for a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter position at our office in Indianapolis, IN. 8:00am-5:00pm, some flexibility required for check-ins
Pay: $40,000
Duties or responsibilities would include:
· Employee orientations and coaching
· On-site check ins
· Recruiting, screening and interviewing
· Safety training
· Attendance tracking
· Processing payroll
· Client communication/interaction
· Problem solving issues
· General office duties
The ideal candidate will possess:
· Ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels of employees in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and associates
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
