Snider-Blake has been providing temporary staffing services to businesses since 1952. We are a leader in the industry and have 13 offices located in Ohio, Kentucky, Indianapolis, Chicago, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Georgia.
We seek an enthusiastic individual for a Seasonal On-Site Manager position in Allentown, PA to join our team during our seasonal, increasing peak season.
Pay: $40,000-$42,000 depending on shift
*Bilingual, Proficient in English and Spanish required
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday
2nd Shift: 5:00pm-3:30am, Monday-Thursday
Duties or responsibilities would include:
- Employee orientation
- Safety training
- Attendance tracking
- Employee coaching
- Payroll/Deductions
- Recruiting
- Interviewing
- Screening candidates, including pre-employment drug tests & background checks
- Communications with supervisors/leads
- Management of employee records and software database
- Providing excellent customer service
- General office duties
- Client Communication
- Coaching Associates/Problem Solving Issues
- Ability to answer frequent questions regarding payroll, direct deposit, health benefits, scheduling, etc
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels of employees in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and associates
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
