What You Will Do

This role supports daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting activities including

• Preparing and posting journal entries

• Performing reconciliations including bank and balance sheet

• Supporting month end close

• Working across multiple entities and projects

• Assisting with audit requests

• Verifying financial data with operational teams

• Helping improve processes and accounting efficiencies

• Using Excel and QuickBooks daily

• Learning a specialized industry ERP system training provided

What They Are Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Accounting

• One to two or more years of accounting experience

• Strong understanding of journal entries and reconciliations

• Strong Excel and QuickBooks skills

• Experience within homebuilding or a related project driven environment is preferred

• Organized, accurate, proactive, and able to work independently

• Solid communication and follow through

Preferred qualifications

• Mix of public accounting and industry experience

• Exposure to multi entity accounting

• Experience supporting month end close

• Familiarity with industry ERP systems not required

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $65-$70k

• Annual bonus
