We are seeking a strong Senior FP&A Analyst to join our client's growing team. This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented and intellectually curious finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about turning data into strategic insight.
This position plays a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts that directly influence executive decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze key performance indicators and trends, including revenue, costs, expenses, and capital expenditures
- Partner cross-functionally with regional finance and operations teams to assess business performance and forecast future results
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and deliver ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership
- Evaluate complex financial data to provide timely, accurate, and actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning
- Support the monthly close process through analysis and collaboration with accounting teams
- Lead and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and operating performance review processes
- Track and forecast capital expenditures to ensure alignment with company targets
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3 years of FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling)
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP, BI, or planning tools a plus
- Strong analytical ability with a track record of turning complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
